Columbus Chapter
Dr. Jenny Maple and Dr. Charles Conroy created the Columbus Chapter for the Smile for a Lifetime Foundation. At Smile for a Lifetime Foundation, it is their mission as well as Drs. Maple's and Conroy's to create self-confidence, inspire hope, and change the lives of children in our communities in a dramatic way. The goal of the Smile for a Lifetime Foundation is to reach the underprivileged and underserved population of children who might not otherwise have the opportunity, due to economic resources, experience the life changing affects that a confident smile can create over a lifetime. The gift of a smile can do all this for a deserving, motivated individual who, in turn, can use this gift to better themselves and their community. A board periodically meets to review and select applicants. Applicants will be chosen based on grades, community service, school activities, and a desire to reach their utmost potential. Applicants will also be considered based on letters of recommendation and financial status.
